About Me

Dera A., legal-trained virtual assistant
Hi, I’m Dera.

I think like a lawyer. I work like an operator.

My journey into this space wasn’t planned but looking back, it makes complete sense. After years in law firms and corporate environments, I realised something: I don’t just want to practice law. I want to make things work. I want to take the chaos off a busy executive’s plate, build the systems that keep a business running smoothly and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What drives me is simple- when everything is in order, people can focus on what truly matters. I handle the repetitive, the complex and the behind-the-scenes so that you don’t have to. I have a perfectionist’s eye for detail, a lawyer’s analytical mindset and an operator’s instinct for structure.

I work best with small business owners, executives and professionals who value precision, clear communication and someone who genuinely understands how their business operates. I’m not just a task executor, I’m someone who sees the bigger picture and works quietly to protect it.

Structure isn’t a constraint to me. It’s how excellence happens.

In previous roles, I have maintained a 90% case success rate, achieved 100% dispute resolution with zero court escalations, reviewed and managed 100+ legal and business documents and served clients across legal, consulting, recruitment, real estate and energy sectors.
